Hi there! I'm Alli.

I've been around museums almost my entire life thanks to my history teacher father who took me to cultural sites along the East Coast on his summers off. It's still our favorite bonding activity!

Over the past two decades, I've been fully immersed in the world of museums and worn many hats, starting as a youth volunteer, progressing through internships, and eventually finding my stride in various professional roles.

My journey has taken me to museums of all sizes, even dedicating time to serving on boards & committees and coaching peers & rising professionals.

I'm driven by an unwavering passion for this field and the incredible individuals within in, fueled by a relentless desire to push boundaries, make meaningful contributions and provide opportunities for connection.

Currently I work in a small museum in northern Delaware. In my spare time, I'm a career coach that helps museum professionals navigate the competitive job market so that they land their ideal position.

I have lots of ideas, opinions and insights to share from my years in museums and I feel like I'm just getting started!

On the job portraying Alice Ramsey, the first woman to drive across the United States in 1909.
At one of my first internships that had the greatest impact on my professional career.
Where it all started with my history-loving father visiting one of the many cultural sites together in the summer.
