Landing an interview means the hiring manager already sees potential in your experience. Now you need to help them understand what that experience could look like in this role.
That doesn't mean predicting every possible question or memorizing the perfect answers. Instead, we'll focus on what the employer is really looking for and the stories and examples that best demonstrate what you bring.
One strong example can often work across multiple questions, demonstrating skills like collaboration, problem-solving, project management, or adaptability. Together, we'll identify those core stories and connections so you can draw from them throughout the interview.
The goal isn't to know exactly what they're going to ask, but instead to know and be able to express your experience well enough that you can adapt to almost any question.
How We'll Work Together
Before our session: You'll send me the job description, your resume, and relevant application materials, along with details about the interview and anything you're particularly concerned about. I'll review your materials and break down the role to identify the major themes, priorities, and questions you're likely to encounter.
During our 75-minute session: We'll work together to identify the strongest stories and examples from your experience, develop strategies for answering likely interview questions and connect to what the hiring manager is seeking. The goal is to build a bank of strong stories you can draw from throughout the interview.
After our session: You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what you want the hiring team to know about you, the examples you can use to demonstrate it, and a strategy you can continue using as you prepare.
