I’m Alli, a museum enthusiast & professional turned career coach who’s here to help you thrive in the competitive museum job market.

My love for museums started early, thanks to my history-teacher dad, who spent summers taking me to cultural sites up and down the East Coast. Those trips sparked a lifelong passion for museums that continues to this day (and remains our favorite father-daughter activity!).

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been fully immersed in the museum world. I’ve worn many hats, starting as a youth volunteer, then interning, and eventually stepping into professional roles. Along the way, I’ve worked with museums of all sizes, served on boards and committees, and mentored peers and emerging professionals.

I’m driven by an unshakable love for this field and the incredible people within it. I’m also fueled by a desire to push boundaries, spark meaningful change, and create opportunities for connection and growth.

Currently, I work at a small museum in northern Delaware. Outside of my day job, I help museum professionals land their ideal roles by sharing my years of experience, practical advice, and the strategies I wish I’d had earlier in my career.
