Getting past some of the generic resume “rules” that aren't actually helping you

Not necessarily a magically finished resume (and I actually wouldn't promise that!), but a clearer understanding of what your resume needs to communicate, what you want to change, and how to keep moving forward, along with time already spent putting those changes into practice.
