You don't need to have it all figured out before joining (that's kind of the point).
This program might be a good fit if you're:
Wondering whether your next career move should be inside or outside the museum field.
Feeling stuck, burned out, or simply curious about what else is out there.
Struggling to recognize or communicate how your museum experience translates to other roles.
Looking for some structure, encouragement, and a couple of people in your corner as you figure out what's next.
Wanting to feel like you're in a podcast episode with Elin and Alli.
A clearer sense of direction:
Identify your career priorities, professional strengths, transferable skills, and roles worth exploring.
A stronger professional story:
Learn how to communicate your experience and accomplishments to employers inside and outside museums.
Two resume foundations:
Guided development of two versions of your resume, one tailored to museum opportunities and another that positions your experience for roles outside the field.
A plan for what's next:
Build a practical job search strategy to find opportunities, evaluate fit, and move forward in either direction.
